Our Drywall Work
Drywall repair before and after photos, plus installation, ceiling work, and texture matching completed by TDM Drywall across Monroe County and Downriver Michigan.
Drywall Work Across Southeast Michigan
Every project below shows the part of the job most people never see finished properly: the seams, corners, and texture transitions that decide whether a repair disappears or announces itself.
The projects here cover the full range of what we handle. Some are single-room repairs completed in a day. Others are full installations for additions, basements, and garage conversions that ran over a week. Residential work makes up most of the volume, though we take on commercial jobs throughout Monroe County and the Downriver communities as well.
If you have a project in mind and want to know whether it is something we handle, the fastest answer usually comes from a few photos and a short description. Send those over and we will tell you what the work involves.

How to Judge Finished Drywall Work
Most drywall looks acceptable under flat light. These are the details that separate a lasting repair from one that reappears in a year.
Seams Under Raking Light
A properly feathered seam stays invisible when light rakes across the wall at a low angle. Ridges and shadows mean the compound was not floated wide enough.
Texture That Matches
A patch should carry the same texture pattern and density as the surrounding surface. Mismatched knockdown or orange peel draws the eye straight to the repair.
Clean Corners and Edges
Inside and outside corners should be straight and consistent from floor to ceiling, with no waves, cracks, or exposed bead.
